This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards of behaviour required of every user of the Apotoe Trading platform (the "Platform"). It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to partners, buyers, warehouses, representatives, administrators, and any visitor accessing the Platform.

The AUP applies to all account holders and to any person or system acting on their behalf. Account owners remain responsible for activity carried out under their credentials.

You must use the Platform only for lawful commodity trading, warehousing, brokerage, delivery, and related business activities, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Information supplied during registration, verification, listing creation, orders, trade contracts, and disputes must be truthful, current, and complete. Misrepresentation may lead to suspension or termination.

You must keep credentials confidential, use strong passwords, enable available security controls, and report suspected unauthorised access without delay.

The Platform must not be used to list, trade, or arrange delivery of goods that are illegal, restricted, counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise prohibited by law or by our published category rules.

Price manipulation, collusion, bid rigging, wash trading, artificial demand or supply, fake reviews, and any other conduct that undermines fair marketplace operation are prohibited.

You must not attempt to defraud any party, use the Platform to launder proceeds of crime, evade sanctions, or misuse wallet, brokerage, or settlement features.

You must not impersonate another person, business, warehouse, representative, or Apotoe Trading staff, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.

Threatening, harassing, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise abusive behaviour toward any user, representative, or staff member is not permitted through any Platform channel.

You must not send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing attempts, chain messages, or misuse notification, email, or support systems.

You must not upload, distribute, or use content that infringes copyright, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.

You must not upload viruses, worms, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its users.

You must not probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, bypass, or interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

Automated access, scraping, harvesting of listings, prices, users, or any Platform data without prior written permission is prohibited.

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform or its APIs, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

You must handle personal or business information about other users only for legitimate transactional purposes, and never disclose, resell, or misuse it.

Warehouses and representatives must handle goods with reasonable care, honour agreed pickup and delivery arrangements, and report incidents such as damage, loss, or theft immediately.

Listings must accurately describe the commodity, grade, quantity, price, and terms. Buyers must place orders in good faith and honour confirmed trade contracts.

Apotoe Reps must operate within their approved scope, honour service commitments, and follow published operational guidelines for pickups, deliveries, and store operations.

Suspected violations of this policy should be reported to partners@apotoe.com. Include as much context and evidence as possible.

We may investigate suspected violations and take actions such as content removal, listing withdrawal, order cancellation, financial hold, warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access.

Where required by law, we may share information with regulators, law enforcement, or other competent authorities in connection with suspected violations.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
