Getting Started

New to Apotoe Trading? This is the fastest path from sign-up to your first trade.

Create your Trading Partner account

Apotoe Trading is a B2B commodity marketplace. Everyone — buyer, seller, warehouse operator, or rep — starts as a Trading Partner. Extra capabilities are unlocked from the same profile once you're verified.

1Click Become a Trading Partner and choose Sign up.
2Verify your email and phone number.
3Complete your profile: legal name, country, and preferred currency.
4Submit KYC documents (ID + a proof of address or business).
5Once approved you can fund your wallet and start trading.

Understanding your dashboard

Your Partner dashboard is the control room. From the sidebar you can reach the marketplace, your orders, wallet, warehouses you use, and notification settings. Everything you do on the platform — buying, selling, funding, cashing out — is anchored to your Partner profile.

Frequently asked

Is Apotoe Trading free to join?▾

Yes. Creating a Trading Partner account and browsing the marketplace is free. You only pay platform brokerage and delivery when a trade settles.

Which countries can I trade from?▾

We are live in Ghana today and are progressively rolling out across West Africa. Country availability is shown at sign-up.

Do I need a registered business?▾

Individuals can trade at partner level. To act as a rep, warehouse or wholesale seller you must submit business/KYC documents for review.
