By accessing or using the Apotoe Trading platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Apotoe Trading is a commodity trading and coordination platform that connects buyers, suppliers, warehouses, sales representatives, and distributors to source, list, order, contract, warehouse, and deliver agricultural and related commodities. Apotoe Trading is not a bank, investment firm, securities broker, or guaranteed-profit platform.

You must create an account to access most features. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Access is invite-based and subject to due diligence.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

Individual, company, warehouse, and representative accounts may be subject to identity verification and compliance checks before gaining full access.

The marketplace is provided to facilitate discovery, ordering, and coordination of commodities between verified participants. Listings and prices are provided by the party responsible for the commodity.

Suppliers and warehouses are responsible for the accuracy of listing details, including grade, unit price, quantity, and origin. Misleading listings may be removed.

Placing an order creates a binding commitment subject to confirmation, availability, and applicable brokerage and delivery charges shown at checkout.

Each confirmed trade may generate a trade contract capturing agreed terms, quantities, pricing, and settlement between the parties.

The Platform maintains structured wallet, ledger, and settlement records. Available payment methods, holding limits, and settlement times depend on the underlying payment providers, banks, and mobile money operators.

Cash-in and cash-out requests are reviewed and processed according to internal operational and compliance procedures. Processing times depend on the payment channel used.

Warehouses maintain custody of stock under structured inventory records. Warehouse operators are responsible for physical storage, handling, and reporting.

Apotoe representatives coordinate pickup, custody, and last-mile delivery. Rep availability, coverage, and charges may vary by region and route.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, provide accurate information, and honour commitments made through orders and trade contracts.

You may not: misrepresent identity or commodities; interfere with the Platform; attempt to bypass access controls; use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful purpose.

While we work to keep information accurate, listings, prices, and availability may change without notice. Verify critical details before finalising a trade.

Applicable brokerage, delivery, handling, and other operational fees are shown before an order is confirmed and may be updated from time to time.

Cancellations are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Certain orders and confirmed trade contracts may not be cancellable once fulfilment or production has begun.

Disputes between parties should first be raised through the Platform's support process. We may review evidence provided by the parties before facilitating a resolution.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, non-compliance, prohibited activities, or breach of these Terms.

All Platform content, branding, and software are owned by Apotoe Trading or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We may schedule or perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect availability.

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers (payment processors, communication channels, logistics partners). Their terms and availability apply to their services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apotoe Trading is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the Platform, comply with regulations, or reflect operational changes.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
